Shipping

Shipping within the U.S.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day. All orders are shipped via UPS. UPS Ground service is used by default unless another expedited UPS service is requested (Next Day, 2 day, etc.). Shipping can be paid via credit card at time of checkout, or accounts with terms may choose to have an invoice sent via mail when placing your order.

Shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico

All orders outside the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

Drop Shipments

Drop Shipments can be made directly to your customer.  Please provide a shipping address, as well as your own account information.  There is no additional charge for this service.

Expedited Service

In the event that UPS has missed a “Guaranteed” delivery date (only Air shipment times are be guaranteed), the shipping amount paid by you will be refunded, with exception to weather delays. UPS will not refund charges due to weather delays or events beyond their control.

Someone must be present to receive expedited shipments.

Returns

We do not want you to keep what you cannot sell. You may exchange any peka Memorial Card merchandise for another product in our line. We ask that the returned merchandise be in good, re-sellable condition, therefore, please be sure to use appropriate packing techniques when returning items.
