Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, in order to offer our customers the best wholesale prices, we require that you create an account in order to verify that you are a legitimate funeral home. With an account, you can view prices, store your billing and shipping addresses, place orders, check your order status and save payment information securely.   If you choose to create an account, just click here to register.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can click the “I forgot my password” link on the login page, enter your email address, then follow instructions.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and ATM/debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

What will I see on my credit card statement?

Depending on your credit card company, you may see a variation of PEKA MEMORIAL CARDS or PEKACARDS

How will I receive my order?

Orders shipped within the US will be shipped via UPS. You may choose Ground Service or Expedited Service at checkout. Orders being shipped to Canada or Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS. You will typically receive your order 1-4 business days after shipping confirmation.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes.  On the checkout page, simply fill in your shipping information under “Shipping Address.” Please note that shipping cost is based on weight & destination.

When will my order ship?

Our products are usually shipped the same day, Monday through Friday, not including holidays.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.  You will typically receive your order 1-4 business days after shipping confirmation, based on shipping service you chose.

Do you sell outside of the United States?

As of now, we only sell and ship to customers within the U.S., as well as to Canada & Puerto Rico.

Is there a shipping fee?

Shipping prices are determined by UPS, based on weight & destination.

Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?

No, taxes are not collected when selling business-to-business.

Is my payment information secure?

All credit card information is encrypted across a secure line.  We use trusted the payment gateway Stripe for all transactions. No payment information is stored on pekamemorialcards.com; instead payment information is encrypted by & stored on Stripe’s secure servers.

What if I need to change my order after I hit “Submit”?

Please call us immediately at 440-888-7940.  No further changes can be made once you receive a completed order confirmation.

Will I be charged for making changes to my order?

You will not be charged for making changes to your order, however you may see a “pending authorization” on your bank account until your bank verifies that the funds are available. Once your payment is authorized, we will ship your order and you will see your final charge, only for the items actually shipped.

How do I know if my order went through?

You will receive an order number via email. Make sure you only click the “Submit” button once to avoid duplicate orders or charges.

Why haven’t I received an email regarding my order?

There are usually two reasons: you may have incorrectly input your email address, or you may have a spam blocker filtering email from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you.

Can I order by telephone?

For accuracy’s sake, we prefer to receive orders via our website.  However, you may call our office at 440-888-7940 to speak with a sales representative Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, excluding holidays.
Please have your account number & the item SKU number(s) available when you call to place your order.

How do I get a copy of peka Print software?

You may download a 15 day free trial our software from the peka Print page. There is also peka Print Software Installation & Usage Instructions to walk you through installation, as well as how to use the software to print on peka products.

If you like the software, please contact our office at 440-888-7940 in order to purchase a software license. There is no need to re-download the software; simply enter the new license number on your trial software. Each license is good for up to two computers.

Is peka Print software compatible with Mac?

Currently peka Print is only compatible with Windows OS.

Return Policy

We do not want you to keep what you cannot sell. You may exchange any peka Memorial Card merchandise for another product in our line. We ask that the returned merchandise be in good, re-sellable condition, therefore, please be sure to use appropriate packing techniques when returning items.
